I almost forgot that I promised a blog about "Casa Bunicii" - Grandmothers house in Sighisoara. Well thanks to the blog of my darling
it reminded me of this forgotten blog. We looked at the site of "Casa Legenda" the house offering some rooms and Grandmothers house. The Photo looked great, so we decided to stay there. We all kind of made our own idea about the bathroom since there where no photos of it, the site says:
a bathroom with a tub, lit by candles, thus creating the perfect intimate ambiance
Well this sounds really nice, so why not put pictures on the site? Well this question was answered as soon as we arrived there, nobody would like to se this bathroom, so for all people that are curios … here are the missing photos
But this wasn't the worst part … for the weekend we have been there we could have accepted this also the mold on the walls since we didn't sleep in that room. But one of the rooms, in which Papulos decided to stay was full of mold and of course papulos didn't want to stay in that room! So we went to eat and Papulos searched for a new room this took about 2 hours in which his baggage was still in the room he didn't want. That was not quite the best idea to leave it there but, come on .. 2 hours? Anyway, the boss of "Cassa Legenda" didn't quite agree with this so Papulos talked with him on the phone the next morning. In the meanwhile (the day before, after the 2 hours) he told the employee that he doesn't want that room and cleared the room. So only they baggage was in the room for two hours, that's all.
Well after some talk with the boss, they kind of agreed that it's OK, so we thought that everything is OK. Well in the evening as we got home we found a note, that Claudia has to go to the reception, since the reservation was made by her. As we arrived there, the employee was talking on the phone, with the wife of the boss. So Claudia wanted to explain the situation once again but the second boss ( his wife ) started swearing and yelling around. I called Papulos to instantly come and talk to them since it was his problem. He took over the phone and again the swearing and yelling began. This is a very inappropriate behavior and shows a lack of intelligence. Well since they (the owners of "Cassa Legenda") started the fight, we thought it didn't have any sense to continue talking and told them we will call customer protection and see what they will say about mold in the rooms. The answer of the boss was a simple "we give a fuck about customer protection" not very nice. Oh … before I forget … the room was already given away! So I realy don't understand why she got so mad about this.
Well after she kind of got us all mad with things like "she will come with the police" "she will trough us out" and other things which I do not want to post. We told here that we are waiting for them to come and we can discuss this personally, but of course nobody showed up!
Well we did as we promised, we called customer protection and made a complaint, we will see what will happen here.
On the last day, she, the wife of the boss, called again, to apologies and to tell that her husband is some kind of big boss around ( forgot his function ) and if there will be any visit from customer protection, she will invite Claudia to court.
Well now it's up to you if you want to stay at that place
